I love being able to create a space where people can come and be in a space which is non judgmental, safe and a place where they can just be.

I love connecting with people and being able to share the healing power’s of breath and movement.

What I love most about working as a counsellor is the process of developing a supportive and resilient relationship with each of my clients. Whether struggling with burnout or heartbreak, depression or crisis, I hope to provide clients with a space where they feel seen, heard and safe enough to explore their stuff and move towards a more authentic expression of who they are. I welcome it all - tears, confusion, stuckness, as well as moments of relief that give way to laughter - and I feel so incredibly privileged to do this work.

I love teaching because these simple beautiful ancient practices can offer profound healing and joy, it's a gift to share it. 

The most fulfilling aspect of my work is being able to support people in finding joy through tapping into their playful and imaginative side! Knowing that my work could contribute towards making someone's day better is everything.

It’s incredibly fulfilling to treat my patients through the lens of Traditional Acupuncture, offering answers where Western Medicine sometimes falls short and empowering them to make sustainable changes to achieve their health goals!
