Laura Wilkes is a yin yoga teacher, menstrual cycle coach, and trauma-informed somatic practitioner who specialises in women’s health and fertility. Her work takes a body-first approach to healing, rooted in living in alignment with the menstrual cycle and exploring the relationship that stress has on the health of the mental, emotional, and physical bodies. She is currently studying to be an acupuncturist and threads Traditional Chinese Medicine theory through all of her teaching.

I love my work because it helps women love, trust and respect themselves in a world that is constantly telling us we are not enough
