Hello, my name is Emily, and I’m based in London, offering online one-to-one sessions while also travelling for in-person group sessions. I specialise in creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable sharing their health challenges, knowing they’ll be supported with empathy and evidence-based guidance. My aim is to empower you to take control of your health by developing personalised plans that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, helping you achieve sustainable results.
With a blend of science-backed naturopathic methods and practical lifestyle strategies, I help you; balance your hormones for improved energy and mood, heal your gut for better digestion and glowing skin; build sustainable habits for lasting weight loss, reduce stress and reconnect with your body.
My approach focuses on addressing you as a whole, looking beyond symptoms to understand the root causes of your concerns. I hold a level 5 in naturopathic health coaching which includes pathology, nutrition, fitness and coaching. In 2025, I’ll be expanding my expertise by studying as a yoga instructor and in advanced nutritional supplementation.
With my own experiences of chronic illness, ADHD, and anxiety, I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental perspective to my work and am deeply passionate about helping others.
