I hold a level 5 in naturopathic health coaching which includes pathology, nutrition, fitness and coaching. In 2025, I’ll be expanding my expertise by studying as a yoga instructor and in advanced nutritional supplementation.

With my own experiences of chronic illness, ADHD, and anxiety, I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental perspective to my work and am deeply passionate about helping others.
