"I am a 600-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher with six years of experience sharing the transformative practices of yoga and meditation. My teaching journey has been fueled by a deep love for these disciplines and the profound impact they’ve had on my life and health.
I teach a range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, and Pregnancy Yoga, tailoring each class to meet the unique needs of my students. As a BAMBA-certified meditation teacher, I also guide individuals in mindfulness and meditation practices, helping them cultivate balance, clarity, and inner peace.
While I love teaching, I am forever a student of these practices, continuously learning and evolving. My classes are grounded in inclusivity, compassion, and accessibility, creating a safe space where students of all levels feel empowered to explore their practice. Whether you’re seeking physical strength, emotional resilience, or moments of stillness in a busy world, my goal is to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself.

I’m so grateful to Corinna and the other participants of the mindfulness course. I was expecting the course to teach me how to build a meditation practice and although this was a big part of it, the most transformative aspect has been how it’s taught me to choose to be more present in my day to day, making me much more purposeful about where I spend my energy. It’s given me tools that I return to every day to help stop spiralling thoughts and anxiety, and it’s so empowering to know I always have them in my back pocket. The sessions themselves were incredibly informative, and Corinna’s incredibly compassionate and empathetic approach to the discussions created a really safe environment to explore the learning content. Would recommend the course to anyone who wanted to dip their toe into meditation, or who struggles with stress or anxiety.
