Corinna Wilson

Meditation Guide, Yoga Teacher

Hi, I’m Corinna, a meditation and yoga teacher with over 550 hours of Yoga Alliance training and certification from BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches). My journey into yoga and meditation began during my training as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, where I first discovered the power of breath, movement, and mindfulness in managing stress, enhancing presence, and deepening self-awareness. What started as a tool for performance soon became a lifelong passion, leading me to dedicate the past seven years to teaching in London. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including corporate environments, private one-on-one sessions, group classes, and teacher training programs. In corporate spaces, I help teams integrate mindfulness and movement into their workday, supporting focus, resilience, and well-being.

My private sessions are tailored to the individual, whether they’re looking to relieve stress, build strength, improve flexibility, or cultivate inner stillness. Assisting on teacher trainings has also given me the opportunity to mentor aspiring yoga instructors, helping them refine their skills and grow in confidence. My teaching blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern mindfulness techniques, drawing on my background in movement and performance to create dynamic, engaging, and accessible practices. I believe that yoga and meditation are powerful tools not just for physical health but for emotional and mental well-being.

Through my classes, I aim to create a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves, develop self-awareness, and build a practice that supports their overall well-being. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, introduce mindfulness into your workplace, or simply create space for self-care, I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s connect and explore how these practices can enhance your life.
