Hi, I'm Zinzi and I am a qualified therapist, Yoga Teacher and Massage therapist. I am down to earth, warm and non judgemental. I feel really passionately that everyone deserves a space to be seen and heard. I tailor my work to you as an individual and provide a compassionate and supportive space, where empathy, respect, and working collaboratively will be at the forefront of our work together. As an experienced holistic wellbeing practitioner, I can offer you a wide range of therapeutic tools to support you with whatever is going on for you in this moment. 

My journey into these healing practices was born out of personal struggles and a deep quest for peace and balance. I have been practicing Yoga for 14 years and almost 9 years of teaching experience across London, I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. I have also been offering Holistic massage, Deep tissue and pregnancy massage for the past 6 years.

My approach is holistic, meaning I work with the whole self, including the nervous system, and somatic work which plays a crucial role in how we experience and respond to life’s challenges. I specialise in working with those who have experienced trauma, whether this is past or present.


My work is known for being nurturing and supportive and I provide a mindful and compassionate environment. My personal history has not only shaped me as a practitioner but also fuels passion to help others find their own paths to healing and wellbeing.
