Diana-Andreea Beldeanu

Henna Artist, Art & Mindfulness Facilitator, Yoga Teacher & Meditation Guide

My name is Diana and I am a multi-disciplinary wellbeing practitioner with a background in Fine Art. As a Yoga & Meditation teacher, Henna artist and Art & Mindfulness facilitator, my work highlights wellbeing through creative expression. Amongst various styles of yoga and meditation, I offer workshops exploring the visual, which are designed to expand imagination and induce a sense of joy & relaxation.

While studying towards my BA Fine Art degree and diving into the world of the visual and the performative, I've fallen in love with the human fascination with creativity. It became clear to me that I wanted to expand upon that blissful state which people have sought to attain for centuries through creative endeavours. This is why my work aims to highlight the overlooked bind between creative expression and wellbeing and seeks to help people tap into that space of freedom.

Henna Art: The perfect addition to all events

Diana brings the ancient art of Henna (also known as Mehndi or Mehendi) to events, offering a mindful and creative experience for all. Henna, a plant-based paste made from the dried and ground leaves of the Lawsonia Inermis plant, is used to create intricate temporary body art with roots in North African, Middle Eastern, and South Asian traditions.

Paint in the park: Outdoor Wellbeing

This workshop invites you to step into the beauty of nature and let your creativity flow. Set amidst a tranquil outdoor space, you’ll be guided to connect with your surroundings and translate them onto canvas or paper through representational painting or drawing. Easels will be provided to ensure comfort and ease as you focus on capturing the scenery around you.

Meditation and Sensory Art Workshop

This session combines visualisation meditation with sensory art; this workshop focuses on harnessing the energy created through the meditation into producing an abstract piece of visual art. The art process will be a guided one, however it will be tailored to reflect the attendee’s personal ‘journey’.
