Massage Therapist & Colonic Hydrotherapy

I am a deeply sensitive massage and colonic hydrotherapy practitioner, working in London. Having experienced just a few of the twists and turns that life has to offer, I hold space for people at every age and stage of life to pause from the demands of daily life to find solace and renewal. I was drawn to train in massage therapy for its positive impact on my own wellbeing.

My holistic approach extends beyond the physical to increase emotional health, calm the mind, and foster a profound sense of relaxation. With empathy and warmth, I’ll put you at ease, listening to what you want and need from your session to tailor your treatment plan around this. My style is grounding and relaxing, integrating deeper techniques and stretches to help you to release tension without discomfort. You will leave feeling thoroughly taken care of.

In 2024, I underwent further training in naturopathic colonic hydrotherapy. It’s become widely accepted that the gut is the ‘second brain’ and I have a keen interest in how bodily systems can work together to promote healing. When clients work with me, I can help them with food intolerances, symptoms of IBS, unexplained bloating, and mindset around food and health. I am partnered with YorkTest, Symprove and Nerva, offering clients a toolkit for symptom management outside of sessions.

I offer a safe and welcoming space for clients who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and those who have never had massage and don’t know what to expect. Embodiment is for everybody.

What I love the most about my work?

It’s an honour to hold space for someone to have true ‘me time’ away from the demands of daily life.
