1:1 Private EFT Sessions
Personalised emotional wellbeing support through private EFT sessions. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm or more specific challenges, these tailored sessions help you release emotional blocks and regain balance. These sessions are typical held via Zoom, however if appropriate, sessions can be held at your home. These sessions are 1 hour in length.

Corporate Wellbeing Workshops

Group EFT Sessions for Organisations & Communities
A supportive group space to explore EFT. These sessions offer a chance to focus on wellbeing while addressing common challenges like overwhelm, anxiety, and fatigue. The sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the organisation and community and are highly interactive. Sessions are typically between 60 to 90 minutes.
