I'm Priya, I'm a mum of 2 wonderful boys, as well as being a certified life coach, mindfulness practitioner, and founder of Mindfully Priya. For years, I’ve worked with women who feel overwhelmed by the mental load of motherhood, the pressures of societal, generational and cultural expectations, and the struggle to balance their personal identity with family responsibilities. This was how I felt, struggling with my own identity, motherhood and work, I was stressed, depressed, overwhelmed and exhausted, which was a far cry from the person I was before being a mum. This is why I am passionately dedicated to helping women, mums, and families navigate the challenges of modern life with clarity, confidence, and balance.
For me, to make a real change for the next generation, our children, we need to work on and take care of ourselves first. Through my coaching programs, workshops, and mindfulness-based practices, I create a safe, empowering non judgemental space for women to rediscover themselves, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into a life of purpose and joy.
My approach blends mindfulness, deep self-inquiry, and Core Energy Leadership coaching to help my clients shift from stress and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and fulfilment. I’ve supported countless mothers in overcoming burnout, managing emotional triggers, feeling confident and reconnecting with their values—ultimately transforming not just their own lives but also creating a more positive and mindful environment for their families. I love helping women integrate well-being into their daily lives and careers finding balance without guilt or overwhelm. I offer one-to-one coaching, group programs, and tailored workshops designed to create real, lasting transformation.
