I miraculously acquired my BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2021, and is a registered UK-based Physiotherapist (CSP and HCPC member) with over two years of experience in the NHS. My career development aspiration from a hospital setting to teaching hot/vinyasa yoga classes (and soon pilates) is mainly dedicated to fostering an all-inclusive, multi-level and body positive community. I am a geek who loves learning about functional movement and anatomy to unlock body intelligence with diverse body types, applying current scientific research and anecdotal evidence from senior healthcare providers to support body inclusive yoga.
