Diana brings the ancient art of Henna (also known as Mehndi or Mehendi) to events, offering a mindful and creative experience for all. Henna, a plant-based paste made from the dried and ground leaves of the Lawsonia Inermis plant, is used to create intricate temporary body art with roots in North African, Middle Eastern, and South Asian traditions.

This workshop invites you to step into the beauty of nature and let your creativity flow. Set amidst a tranquil outdoor space, you’ll be guided to connect with your surroundings and translate them onto canvas or paper through representational painting or drawing. Easels will be provided to ensure comfort and ease as you focus on capturing the scenery around you.

Yoga & Art Workshop: Yoga followed by creative drawing, inspired by the energy created through movement, Savasana and the theme of the yoga class. The art process would be guided but tailored to the individual’s personal experience throughout the yoga class. Attendees would leave the session with a piece to take home.
